Andrew has over seventeen years' experience as a Chairman, Company Director and Board Adviser. His expertise is in board performance, strategy and risk, CEO selection and performance management, stakeholder relations and start-up and high growth enterprises.

Andrew is one of eleven national core facilitators for the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a facilitator for the advanced level diploma program, Mastery in the Boardroom.

He has authored several Institute education programs including Leadership: The Directors Role, The Executive Director, Mastery in the Boardroom and Board and Reporting.

Julian Challingsworth

Julian is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a Director of Litmus Group.  He brings knowledge and experience gained from more than 15 years of international business consulting, where he has assisted organisations to improve their investment decisions, business processes and adoption of enterprise technologies. Before joining Litmus, Julian was Managing Director for two business modelling organisations.

Julian has extensive knowledge in investment management and business process improvement.  He has managed large teams to develop and implement process frameworks for multinational organisations.  Julian has used his wide experience, which includes leading business process engineering assignments, to deliver operational performance improvements for corporate and government clients.

His industry experience spans multiple sectors with a focus on energy, insurance, telecommunications and government. Julian has a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Logistics, a Graduate Diploma in IT and a Master of Science (Organisational Consulting).  He is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA).

Steve Ingram

Steve is an experienced executive with significant international achievements as a financial services executive, Chief Information Officer and technology consulting partner. His 30 year track record includes leading large scale transformational change working across the globe in the US, Asia, Australia and Europe.

For two years he led the Global Financial Services consulting practice for EDS (now HP), the Technology Services Company. Prior to EDS, for six years he was Chief Information Officer and Head of Global Technology and Operations for DBS, a pan-Asian Bank headquartered in Singapore. During his tenure at the Bank he was a member of the Bank's Management Committee, a director of Network for Electronic Transfers (Singapore) Pte Ltd, the national payments provider, a member of the IBM Global Board of Advisors and a member of the Advisory Board of FT Ventures, a US-based technology venture capital firm. He was also awarded the 2005 Technology in Banking Achievement Award by the Asian Banker magazine.

Before joining the Bank, Steve was CIO at a consumer finance company and at a telecommunications company in Dallas Texas. Prior to becoming a CIO, he spent fifteen years at Ernst & Young's consulting practice in both Australia and the US, the last eleven as a partner.

Brad Miller

Brad is the Managing Partner and a Director of Litmus Group.  With more than 20 years of management consulting experience, he has driven successful projects for clients in the areas of technology enablement, process improvement, supply chain transformation, general management strategy and account development.

Brad's consulting career has been enriched through senior managerial experience in industries including transport and distribution, FMCG and pharmaceuticals, and military leadership experience in the US armed forces.
He has used his skills and experience to lead and develop formal and informal teams within Litmus Group and with his clients.  He excels in the development and implementation of focused business improvement strategies.

His ability to assimilate and analyse information, solve complex problems, and assess and understand an organisation's operations environment and strategic objectives, allows him to confidently identify, communicate and drive an organisation's transformation initiatives.

Brad’s industry experience spans multiple sectors with a primary focus on distribution, high tech, consumer products, natural resources and automotive sectors across North America, Asia and Australia.  Brad has a Bachelor of Science in Business from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina.
