Julian is a Partner and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with The LiTMUS Group. He brings knowledge gained from over 15 years of international business consulting where he has assisted organisations to improve their investment decisions, business processes and adoption of enterprise technologies. Prior to working with LiTMUS, Julian was Managing Director for two Business Modelling organisations.

Julian has extensive knowledge in investment management and Business Process Improvement. He has managed large teams to develop and implement process frameworks for multinational organisations. Julian has used his wide experience, which includes leading business process engineering assignments, to deliver operational performance improvements for corporate and government clients.

His industry experience spans multiple sectors with a focus on Energy, Insurance, Telecommunications and Government. Julian has a Bachelor of Business in Accounting & Logistics, a Graduate Diploma in IT and a Master of Science (Organisational Consulting). Julian is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA).
