Kaisa is a Senior Consultant with LiTMUS who has a wide range of experience in the manufacturing, utilities, telecommunications and retail industries as well as government sectors in both Australia and Europe. Her areas of specialisation are within organisational change management, human resource management, business process improvement and supply chain management.

This blend of industry experience and knowledge enables Kaisa to understand the diverse needs of the customer, employees and the business. She has been part of major information technology deployments (SAP, Workforce Automation) and has an ability to view complex IT projects from the people's perspective. Kaisa has successfully designed and implemented change initiatives, training programs and performance improvement solutions.

Kaisa holds a Masters Degree in Business and Economics from Uppsala University, Sweden.
