  • Performance measurement and reporting systems for several major Australian Energy and Utility companies.
  • Developing Executive and Board business performance measurement and reporting systems, including executive performance dashboards and portals, for several banks and financial institutions, manufacturing and distribution companies.
  • Providing training for a State Health Department’s Executive Clinicians in the concepts of balanced scorecard measurement and reporting systems including strategy mapping and practical ways to implement balanced scorecard reporting systems.
  • Utilising strategy mapping for many clients as a method to devise key performance indicators and to validate the organisations’ business strategies (i.e. to identify missing or overlooked areas in the business strategy). These strategy maps were subsequently used as a basis to build structured performance measurement and reporting systems for these organisations.
