David Bristow   (Chairman)
David Bristow David is Chairman of The LiTMUS Group and has extensive managerial and consulting experience working with senior executives on complex strategic and operational issues to find and implement solutions. As a management consultant over the last 19 years he has been a Director in David Bristow & Associates, Vice President in Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Partner in Ernst & Young Consulting and Principal in Arthur Young Consulting. This follows 18 years in the Victorian Public Service where he rose to the senior executive service ranks. David is also an active Board Member of a number of commercial, charitable and not for profit organizations.

His prime consulting clients have included organisations in the oil, minerals and energy, manufacturing, government and communications sectors and he continues to provide business advisory services to executive management with a focus on business and operational strategy, operational performance, organisational alignment and providing executive coaching.

David has a Bachelor of Business, Diploma of Business and MBA and is a Certified Management Consultant and Certified Practicing Accountant.

Don Blair   (Secretary and Director)
Don Blair Don is the Company Secretary and foundation Director of The LiTMUS Group with 25 years consulting experience (12.5 years as a partner in Ernst & Young) including international consulting experience in the UK and USA. Don has provided management advice to clients in a number of industries with a particular focus in the Utilities, Finance and Communication sectors in Australia and overseas.

He specialises in strategic management systems and the deployment of strategy including advising on information systems, performance improvement and change management programs. Don also has wide experience in managing large and complex consulting projects and dealing with their related issues to ensure that all program stakeholders achieve their objectives.

Don is a Chartered Accountant with degrees in commerce and computer science. He also attended the Senior Executive Program run by the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago.

Brad Miller   (Managing Partner and Director)
Brad Miller Brad is the Managing Partner of The LiTMUS Group. With over 12 years of management consulting experience, he has delivered consulting engagements in the areas of technology enablement, process improvement, supply chain transformation, general management strategy and account development.

Brad's consulting career has been enriched through past managerial and defence leadership experience and he uses these acquired skills to lead and develop both formal and informal teams within LiTMUS and with his clients. He excels in the development and implementation of focussed business improvement strategies. His ability to assimilate and analyse information, solve complex problems, and assess and understand an organisation's operations environment and strategic objectives, allow him to confidently identify, communicate and drive an organisation's transformation initiatives.

His industry experience spans multiple sectors with a primary focus on distribution, high tech, consumer products, natural resources and automotive sectors globally. Brad has a Bachelor of Science in Business from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina.

Andrew Keene   (Partner and Director)
Andrew Keene Andrew is a Partner/Director of The LiTMUS Group and brings experience from 15 years in consulting where he has assisted organisations to manage through strategic change and to develop new business models for new ways of working. Prior to working with The LiTMUS Group, Andrew was a Partner in Ernst & Young Management Consulting and a Vice President in Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.

Andrew has specialised in a number of areas in management consulting, including Customer Relationship Management, Knowledge Management, and Business Process Improvement. His primary industry focus has been in financial services, but in addition, he has worked in diverse industries such as Consumer Products, Post, Utilities and Public Sector.

Andrew is a Chartered Accountant with a degree in Pure Maths and Philosophy.

Ian McRae   (Partner and Director)
Ian McRae Ian is practice leader of the Melbourne consulting team and a Partner with The LiTMUS Group with over 20 years of business and IT experience in strategic planning, project management, and developing and implementing user-driven computer systems. This has been gained across a variety of industries, in both project and line management roles. Ian has also fulfilled a number of leadership roles as a Partner in the Ernst & Young consulting practice, including ERP Solutions leader for Asia-Pacific and building a highly successful PeopleSoft consulting practice for the Australian firm. He also completed a year as CEO for an ASX listed company providing Internet solutions to major corporates.

Ian's consulting experience follows 11 years in line management roles in the grain industry in Victoria. Ian's projects experience includes strategic information systems planning, applications architecture and delivery, shared services infrastructure architecture, IT effectiveness reviews, ERP Systems implementations, business process re-engineering, applications management outsourcing and web-based solutions. Ian has international experience serving clients in the Middle East, Greece, Asia and the US.

Ian has a Diploma Business Studies and is a member of the Australian Institute of Management and the Australian Computer Society.

Allen Wang  
Allen Wang Allen is a Consultant with The LiTMUS Group. He has experience in the retail, government and media/entertainment industry where he has developed strong business and interpersonal skills. Allen also has experience in project management and software development of web-based systems.

Allen's business and information technology experiences, combined with his knowledge in the fields of Finance, Marketing and Engineering, provides a strong foundation to assist organisations to grow and succeed in this ever competitive world.

Allen holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Software Engineering (Honours) from the University of Melbourne.

Amy Liston  
Amy Liston Amy is a consultant with The LiTMUS Group and has assisted our clients with organisational change management, business and process analysis and all aspects of the system development lifecycle.

Amy has worked for a number of Australia's most recognisable companies, helping them to deliver Information Technology and Business Operations strategies. She has carried out requirements gathering, business process mapping and has assisted with business change including communications strategies, training coordination and training delivery. Amy has a Bachelor of Technology (Information Systems).

Berrin Teo  
Berrin Teo Berrin is a Consultant with The LiTMUS Group. She has knowledge and experience in business analysis, project management, change management and performance measurement. This includes projects in the retail, advertising, information technology and education industry sectors.

Berrin's experience has included business process analysis particularly in the areas of enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management and strategic business planning. Her knowledge and experience in both business and IT areas of various organisations has given her a well-balanced understanding from both business and technology issues. This has enabled her to excel in business analysis and reporting by successfully translating clients' needs to develop effective business solutions.

Berrin holds a Masters in Business and Information Technology and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne. Her technical skills and experience include Microsoft Office applications as well as a number of ERP, CRM and Business Intelligence systems.

Brad Newton  
Brad Newton Brad is a Partner with The LiTMUS Group. He brings knowledge gained from over 13 years of international business experience with large organisations. Brad has advised clients and managed projects for organisations in the Energy, Banking and Finance, Manufacturing and Transport sectors.

Brad's extensive experience has allowed him to assist clients with Corporate Performance Management, Program and Project management, Organisational Change Management and Business Process Management. Brad's strong leadership and people management skills have enabled him to assist clients with the successful delivery of project outcomes and performance improvements and the realisation of business benefits. Brad has also mentored Senior Executives and other stakeholders in the practical application of methodologies to address organisational issues.

Brad has a Bachelor of Business (Acct) from the Queensland University of Technology, a Graduate Certificate in Management from the University of Queensland, is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants and is a Certified Prince II Practitioner.

Cecilia Chan  
Cecilia Chan Cecilia is a Senior Consultant with The LiTMUS Group and specialises in translating Enterprise Architecture strategies into deliverable technical solutions. Cecilia has experience in advising on technology options, performing architecture compliance assessments and developing models across the enterprise business, information, application and technology space. Along with Cecilia's technical skills, she has developed strong business, communication and interpersonal skills.

Cecilia has worked in a number of Victorian State Government sectors including natural resources, health and community services and in the whole-of-government Office of the CIO. Cecilia holds a Bachelor of Multimedia (Honours) and a Diploma in Languages (German) from Monash University. She is currently completing a Master of Business and Information Technology degree at the University of Melbourne. Her IT skill set is a blend of multimedia design and web-based technologies including PHP, Java, Perl, HTML/Javascript, SQL, and a number of multimedia authoring suites.

Cherri Tan  
Cherri is a Consultant with The LiTMUS Group and her expertise and passion are in business process management (BPM), business process improvements and enterprise systems.

Cherri has worked with a number of large Australian organisations where she reviewed the current business improvement practices and governance frameworks and provided recommendations on BPM maturity advancements. Along with her skills in business process modelling, analysis and improvements, Cherri also has strong communication and interpersonal skills that allow her to understand and work effectively with our clients.

Cherri holds a Bachelor of IT (Honours) majoring in Information Systems from Queensland University of Technology and she is currently completing her PhD in the area of Business Process Management Governance.

Chintan Ganatra  
Chintan Ganatra Chintan is a Managing Consultant with The LiTMUS Group. He has broad experience in business process analysis, measurement and reporting, system analysis and software development. Exposure to these roles over various engagements has continually strengthened Chintan's problem recognition and resolution techniques, enabling him to assist clients in delivering systems with added value.

Complementing his industry experience, Chintan has the ability to communicate technical and business related information to stakeholders at both senior and operational levels.

Chintan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Software) from the University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Business (Management) from the University of Queensland.

Chris Thomson  
Chris Thomson Chris is a Managing Consultant with strong skills and professional experience in program/project management, business analysis and the smart use of technology including web-enabled systems development. He also has skills in financial analysis and management accounting disciplines.

Chris has been at the core of the development project for the LiTMUS Benchmarking System and has gained an intimate knowledge of the systems design, structure and operation. Chris has been involved in the establishment of client program management offices and in coordination of major strategic initiatives including governance and reporting. He has also project managed the development and implementation of a number of client performance reporting systems and has assisted clients with the review and analysis of their business requirements and processes as a basis for the development of smart strategic technology solutions.

Chris is a Member of the Australian Computer Society (ACS) and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) and a Bachelor of Information Technology (Information Systems). His technical ability includes strong skills in all Microsoft Office applications (including Project), database systems such as SQL Server and Oracle, and various programming languages.

Derek Trikarso  
Derek Trikarso Derek is a Senior Consultant with The LiTMUS Group. He has experience in managing all aspects of information technology projects primarily in the telecommunications, transportation and logistics industries. Complementing Derek's technical abilities are highly developed communication and business analysis skills, which allow him to bridge the gap between our client's business requirements and technical issues. He also has experience with Business Intelligence and reporting solutions, business process automation, customer relationship management, data migration and systems integration solutions.

Derek has a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce (Corporate Finance and Management) from the University of Western Australia and is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).

Dominic Lian  
Dominic Lian Dominic is a Managing Consultant with The LiTMUS Group and has over 10 years of consulting and advisory experience. He combines his knowledge of strategic business thinking, business process re-engineering and performance management to assist clients successfully deliver project outcomes and business benefits.

Dominic has a wide exposure to various industries, including finance, technology, insurance, manufacturing and consumer business. He has a strong understanding of key economic and business drivers and possesses strong communication and organisational skills.

Dominic has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Marketing) from the University of Adelaide, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment and is an Australian Society Certified Practising Accountant.

Emma Blanch  
Emma Blanch Emma is an Executive Consultant with The LiTMUS Group and has had experience working with many large companies, including Rio Tinto Coal Australia, Ergon Energy, ENERGEX, RACQ-GIO, Optus, Bank of Queensland and Tarong Energy. Emma's broad business and technical skills, supported by strong communication and facilitation skills have assisted our clients to realise business improvements.

Emma has used her project management, change management and business analysis capabilities to bring about the successful delivery of project outcomes and business benefits for our clients. She also has experience in performance reporting, program and process development and change management support of major information technology deployments.

Emma has a Business Management Degree and Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Queensland. She has also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology at the Queensland University of Technology.

Erik Södergren  
Erik is a Senior Consultant with The LiTMUS Group who specialises in project management, change management and process improvement. Erik has successfully designed and implemented change initiatives and performance improvement solutions, both in Australia and in Europe, and has experience in the manufacturing and hospitality industries. He is able to work effectively at all levels of an organisation to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions.

Erik has a passion for working with people and businesses to enable them to reach their full capacity. His experience, combined with his inherent analytical and creative qualities, allows Erik to support and develop our clients' performance improvement.

Erik holds a Bachelor in Science (Mechanical Engineering) from Chalmers (Gothenburg, Sweden), a Master in Engineering Management and an MBA from University of Technology, Sydney.

Florence Bellendir  
Florence Bellendir Florence is a Managing Consultant with The LiTMUS Group. She has over eight years of experience in business analysis, business process improvement, change management and project management in a wide range of industries. Florence has worked in Australia and internationally, in both the private and public sectors.

Florence has assisted organisations with Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management, knowledge bases and mobile computing systems. This has enabled her to understand the business benefits, the technical dependencies, as well as the challenges faced by people to use them efficiently. Florence's strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders has enabled the timely delivery of successful business improvement projects.

Florence holds an Engineering Degree, majoring in Quality and Operations Management, from INSA Toulouse France. She also completed her Masters Degree in Interactive Multimedia, from the University of Technology Sydney.



Geoff Tainton  
Geoff Tainton Geoff is an Executive Consultant with experience in the Utilities, Banking, Telecommunications and Design industries. His involvement has included project management, software development, organisational change management and visual communication.

Geoff's areas of specialisation are web design, interface design, visual communication, multimedia and project management. Before joining The LiTMUS Group he worked for a multi-disciplinary design organisation where he built his experience in web design and development, corporate identity, product branding and corporate publications. Geoff has programming skills in Java, Javascript, HTML, SQL and ActionScript.

Geoff's qualifications include an Advanced Diploma of Visual Communication from Design College Australia. He served as a councillor for the Queensland chapter of the Australian Graphic Design Association. Geoff is a member of the Project Management Institute. He is currently studying part-time for a Bachelor of Information Technology.

Helena Chen  
Helena is a Consultant with The LiTMUS Group with knowledge and experience in business analysis, marketing and communication, strategy development and implementation.

Helena has developed strong interpersonal and leadership skills through her practical experience in the marketing, communications, retail and hospitality industries. Her industry experience, combined with her analytical skills, means that Helena can assist our clients with identifying opportunities for business improvement and development.

Helena has a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology, Marketing and Psychology) from Monash University.

Jeremy Firth  
Jeremy Firth Jeremy is a Consultant with The LiTMUS Group with experience in management, marketing, macroeconomics and human resource operations.

Jeremy has used his knowledge and business experience to assist clients from a wide range of industries including retail, communications, hospitality and the small business sector. He has developed strong communication and relationship building skills, and coupled with his problem solving skills, Jeremy is capable of analysing the individual needs of clients and offering them practical and innovative solutions. Since joining The LiTMUS Group, Jeremy has worked on process improvement and organisational change management projects.

Jon Chadwick  
Jon Chadwick Jon is an Executive Consultant with The LiTMUS Group. He has more than 10 years of consulting experience in global businesses in the Telecommunication, Manufacturing, IT and Financial Services sectors.

Jon has broad experience in the full system development lifecycle. He uses his skills in program and project management, business analysis and computer software development to help clients deliver the systems they need to meet corporate strategy and objectives. His strong leadership and people management skills have enabled him to successfully manage multiple projects in large global companies and to develop creative solutions in process and systems improvement across the organisation.

Being delivery focused with excellent team working and interpersonal skills, Jon effectively manages large teams and consistently delivers outstanding performance. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computer Science from Saint Francis Xavier University (Antigonish, NS, Canada).

Julian Challingsworth  
Julian Challingsworth Julian is a Partner with The LiTMUS Group. He brings knowledge gained from over 15 years of international business consulting where he has assisted organisations to improve their investment decisions, business processes and adoption of enterprise technologies. Prior to working with LiTMUS, Julian was Managing Director for Matchstick Business Modelling and for the Pelagic Group.

Julian has extensive knowledge in investment management and business process improvement. He has managed large teams to develop and implement process frameworks for multi-national organisations. Julian has used his wide experience, which includes leading business process engineering assignments, to deliver operational performance improvements for corporate and government clients.

His industry experience spans multiple sectors with a focus on Energy, Insurance, Telecoms and Government. Julian has a Bachelor of Business in Accounting & Logistics, a Graduate Diploma in IT and a Master in Science (Organisational Consulting) and is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA).

Kaisa Karjalainen  
Kaisa Karjalainen Kaisa is a Senior Consultant with The LiTMUS Group. She has a wide range of experience in the manufacturing, utilities, telecommunications and retail industries as well as government sectors in both Australia and Europe. Kaisa's areas of specialisation are within organisational change management, human resource management, business process improvement and supply chain management.

This blend of industry experience and knowledge enables Kaisa to understand the diverse needs of the customer, employees and the business. She has been part of major information technology deployments (SAP, Workforce Automation) and has an ability to view complex IT projects from the people's perspective. With her strong problem recognition and resolution skills Kaisa has successfully designed and implemented change initiatives, training programs and performance improvement solutions.

Kaisa holds a Masters Degree in Business and Economics from Uppsala University, Sweden and is currently completing a Master of Management (specialising in Change Management and Organisational Development) with the University of Technology, Sydney.

Karan Anand  
Karan Anand Karan is a Consultant with The LiTMUS Group and has experience in the banking, retail and insurance sectors. Karan has assisted clients in the areas of financial and business analysis and mathematical modelling.

Karan has worked with companies around Australia, assisting them with projects involving resource gathering, financial modelling, statistical compilation and presentation and data analysis. Through this experience he is able to use his strong problem solving skills to meet the varying and often complex needs of his clients. Karan has also facilitated public speaking workshops and is a highly effective communicator.

Karan holds a Bachelors of Commerce with majors in Actuarial Studies and Finance from the University of New South Wales.

Kate McLean  
Kate McLean Kate is a Consultant with The LiTMUS Group and has skills in the areas of business analysis, process analysis and financial accounting.

Her experience in a range of financial audit and advisory services has given her exposure to a wide variety of industries and business models including technology, consumer business, mining, transport and property. This combination of experience, along with her analytical and communication skills, provides a strong foundation to support and assist clients in achieving their business objectives, managing risk and improving business performance.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with focus on Information Systems and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Macquarie University. She is currently completing the Chartered Accountants Program.

Lorraine James  
Lorraine James Lorraine is an Executive Consultant with The LiTMUS Group. She has a wide range of experience in the utilities, health, retail and finance industries. Her areas of specialisation are organisational change management, program and project management, business analysis, corporate information requirements and quality assurance practices.

Lorraine has strong communication and facilitation skills and uses these skills to help our clients realise and manage change. Her technical skills include experience with several programming languages, methodology tools, database administration, and business communications. She has Diplomas from the City & Guilds of London Institute, Polytechnic of Central London and Compucentre (London).

Mark Hui  
Mark is a Senior Consultant with The LiTMUS Group. His areas of specialisation include Strategy Development and Improvement Agendas, Business Process Improvement and Innovation and Organisational Change Management.

Mark has facilitated change initiatives between business and information technology within a number of major manufacturing and distribution companies as well as assisting organisations with improving business performance and strategic positioning. This involved strategic planning, optimising business processes and aligning corporate goals with the supporting technology infrastructure to effectively and efficiently deliver the business objectives.

Mark has a Bachelor of Commerce with first class honours, majoring in Economics and Ecommerce and is a member of the Australian Computer Society and the Australian Institute of Management.

Melissa Hardy  
Melissa Hardy Melissa is a Consultant with The LiTMUS Group who has experience in change management and process improvement. Melissa has used her strong communication and leadership skills to assist clients in the retail, business support and marine education industries. Drawing on her customer service experience and problem solving skills, Melissa helps our clients define and implement feasible and innovative business solutions.

Melissa's knowledge in the fields of international business and management provides a strong foundation to assist organisations improve and thus position themselves for future opportunities, both domestically and in the world marketplace. Melissa has a Bachelor of International Business (International Management) from Griffith University.

Michael Weston  
Michael Weston Michael is an Executive Consultant with The LiTMUS Group. He has extensive practical business experience both in Australia and overseas in a variety of leadership and management positions in both small and large teams. During this time, Michael has developed strong business skills in problem solving, project management, change management, human resource management and leadership. He is an accomplished and competent facilitator with special skills and experience with leadership and management training.

Michael has delivered projects in IT governance, information management, re-mediation of ERP, performance management and business process improvement. He has a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) and professional Human Resources and Project Management qualifications.

Michelle Lovett  
Michelle is a Managing Consultant with The LiTMUS Group, with extensive experience in business processes and project management. She has worked in small business as well as large corporate and government enterprises and brings knowledge in research and market analysis. Michelle has predominantly worked in the areas of Marketing, Procurement and Investor Relations and has been an instrumental team player in many organisational re-engineering initiatives. Michelle is very creative and a good communicator and she uses these skills to achieve timely results for our clients. Cultural Change Projects and Cost Reduction opportunities are Michelle's passion, using these techniques to assist business longevity.

Morgan Arundell

Paul Minnock  
Paul Minnock Paul is a Managing Consultant with The LiTMUS Group, with experience in project management, communications and consulting roles in the Financial Services and IT sectors. He is delivery focused with proven skills and a successful track record in a variety of roles including strategic planning, corporate governance, project management and business analysis. Peter Grainger  
Peter Grainger Peter is a Partner with The LiTMUS Group and brings experience from over twenty years in consulting and Information Technology, where he has assisted organisations in applying technology and experience to deliver business change.

Prior to working with LiTMUS, Peter was a Principal Consultant at Capiotech and Practice Manager for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Business Intelligence. Before this, Peter had 15 years experience with IBM in cross-functional roles in Finance, Sales, System Support, Joint Ventures and Consulting Services.

Peter has assisted a number of Australia's leading companies to turn their strategies into great performance by leveraging their corporate information and applying supporting technologies. Peter's experience in creating two joint venture companies and dual Marketing-Finance background positions him well to advise on issues fundamental to a business' success.
